One product

Everything required to build
your athlete brand

You don't assemble modules or decode feature tiers. One subscription, the whole operation, run for you. The only choice is how much of a human is in the room.

Athvora Pro · for athletes monetising their name

£399per month + £999 setup · £1,398 today, then £399/mo

Established professionals — Championship & League One, county cricket, Premiership rugby, WSL, individual-sport pros.

✓ Personal website on your own domain ✓ Content every week, approved by you ✓ Fan database ✓ Store & bookings ✓ Live media kit ✓ Sponsor enquiries answered ✓ Commercial support ✓ Analytics & your Athvora Score. We take 0% of everything you earn.

Roughly the price of one modest sponsored post a month — and one £5,000 appearance or sponsorship covers the year. We take 0% of it.

Athvora Starter · for athletes building their name

£99per month · no setup fee

Academy, emerging, semi-pro, lower leagues, students.

The same machine, self-serve: your site, the content engine, your fan list and a print-on-demand store. We build it, you press the buttons. The tier nobody else in this market will bother serving.

Free for 12 months if you've just been released by an academy.

Playing at the top? Athvora Elite adds a named brand manager, quarterly shoots, proactive commercial outreach and PR — £1,999/mo. Still 0% of anything you earn.

Where we sit

We're not your agent.
We're the part nobody does.

Your agent handles contracts and transfers. That is licensed work, it is theirs, and we don't go anywhere near it. Athvora does the commercial side of your name — and unlike the people who do want a percentage of that, we charge a flat fee.

WhoWhat it costs youWhat they do
Your agentTheir agreed fee — unchangedContracts, transfers, negotiation, done properly. We don't touch any of it, we don't compete for it, and nothing here reduces it. If your agent wants access to your Athvora account, they can have it.
A deal marketplace15–30% per dealAccess to brand campaigns, if you already have the reach. They monetise an audience. They don't build one.
A marketing agency£1,500–5,000/moGood work, priced for businesses. Out of reach unless you're in the top few percent of earners.
Doing it yourselfYour eveningsInconsistent posting that stops the moment you have a bad run of form — which is exactly when it matters.
Athvora£99 to £399/mo flatThe website, the weekly content, the fan list, the store, the media kit and the sponsor inbox — everything registered in your name. We take zero percent of your wages, your sponsorships, your appearances or your shop.

If we ever start taking a percentage, the best thing about us is gone — so we won't. No revenue share, no cut of a deal, and absolutely no equity in a young athlete's future earnings.

One thing worth being precise about

When we say 0%, we mean Athvora takes 0%. Your own agreement with your agent is a separate matter between the two of you, and plenty of agency agreements cover commercial and image-rights work as well as playing contracts — sometimes including deals you bring in yourself.

So read yours before you assume a sponsorship is entirely your own. If it is covered, that's not a problem: it just means your agent is part of this too, and we're glad to work alongside them. What we will never do is quietly take a slice ourselves.

Where the line is: we handle brand, content and sponsorship. We do not negotiate playing contracts or transfers. That is licensed work under FA and FIFA agent regulations, and it's your agent's job rather than ours.

Pro tier, à la carte

What's under
the bonnet

You don't need to assemble anything — Pro includes all of it. But we'd rather show the machine than hide it, so here's how the operation breaks down, priced honestly if you only ever want one piece.

Where there's a setup fee it is charged together with your first month, as two lines on one checkout — so the first payment is £538 for Identity, £498 for Content Engine, £278 for Store, £448 for Commercial, and £1,398 for all five as Pro. Every month after that is the monthly figure on its own. Fanbase has no setup fee, so it's £49 either way, and there is no VAT to add to any of it.

Separately that's £1,346 setup and £465 a month, so Pro saves £347 up front and £66 every month.

Squads, unions and academies

The bottom half of this market shouldn't pay out of its own pocket

So sell it to whoever holds the budget. A player on a scholarship wage can't fund this and shouldn't have to.

Squad licence

£49per head, per month

Starter across a whole squad, minimum twenty players. £199 a head for Pro. Comes out of the player care budget rather than anybody's wages.

Union member benefit

£15from, per head, per month

Starter free or heavily subsidised for members at 500+, paid by the union. A benefit that generates income for members rather than costing them money.

Academy & released players

Freefor 12 months

Converts to Starter on their first professional contract. An eighteen-year-old released with thirty thousand followers and no plan needs this most and can afford it least.

Annual, up front

2 monthsfree, on any tier

Better for your cash flow and ours, and it takes the sting out of the setup fee.

No lock-in

If you leave,
you leave with everything

01

The domain is in your name

Not ours. If you already have one we never take control of it — we just point it at the site.

02

The fan list is yours

Export it to a spreadsheet whenever you like, including on the day you cancel. We don't sell it, rent it, or email it about anything except you.

03

Cancel monthly

A month's notice. No twelve-month term, no early exit fee, no automatic three-year renewal buried in a PDF.

04

Your content comes with you

Posts, photos, product artwork and your voice profile, exported in a format another supplier can actually use.

05

No percentage of your income

Not your wages, not your sponsorships, not your appearance fees, not your shop. Ask for it in writing and you'll get it in writing.

06

Nothing goes out unapproved

Every post, every email, every product. AI drafts it, a human edits it, you sign it off. It carries your name, so it's your call.

All six are written into the terms of supply, along with the 14-day right to change your mind that you have as a consumer buying at a distance.

Start with the check, not the invoice

Six scores, evidence quoted from your own pages, and a straight answer about whether there's anything here worth paying to fix.
